At VMP Performance, our tight-knit, 15-person team designs and sells industry-leading superchargers, tunes, and turn-key builds to customers around the globe. We’re known for blending horsepower, quality, and trust and doing what we love with people we believe in.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead retail customer outreach, building a growing book of business through phone calls, LiveChat, social media, emails, and walk-ins
  • Lead dealer outreach through phone calls, email, LiveChat, and social media
  • Confidently present and sell our tuning services and product packages—both virtual and in-person
  • Act as the liaison between customers, tuning, shipping, and social media teams, translating technical details into clear updates
  • Manage customer communication through phone calls, LiveChat, email, and social platforms—ensuring prompt and empathetic responses
  • Follow established sales processes, CRMs, quoting, and fulfillment procedures with precision
  • Provide technical support on tuning questions, build status, and product fitment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales methods, improve flow, and support company‑wide growth initiatives
  • Participate in retention efforts—updating and engaging customers throughout their builds

  • Attention to Detail & Helpfulness: You manage shipping coordination, CRM updates, sales pipelines, and handoffs without dropping the ball
  • Curiosity: You want to understand platforms, performance goals, tuning tech, and buyer behavior across channels

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling technical or automotive services—from online to in-person
  • Comfort managing LiveChat, social media, and email-based inquiries
  • Experience with dealer outreach or business development
  • Reliable and professional written/verbal communicator, especially translating car performance into customer outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with shop, tuning, shipping, or marketing teams
  • Familiarity with process-driven environments and CRM usage
  • Self-starter who balances independent workload with supporting the team

 

Bonus if you have:

  • Automotive or tuning product knowledge
  • Experience with performance-focused social media sales or campaigns
  • Exposure to shipping and fulfillment coordination
  • Involvement in customer retention campaigns or referral programs
