Memorial Day: VMP Donated 5 Percent of Sales to Honoring Our Fallen

Memorial Day is more than just a day off work, attending family BBQs by the lake, or getting a good deal online. It’s a day dedicated to honoring fallen heroes who died sacrificing themselves for our country. This year, VMP Performance wanted to do more to show appreciation to those who have given their all for us.  We did this by giving back to a charitable cause.

When most merchants were having sales, VMP decided to donate 5 percent of our weekend transactions to the charity Honoring Our Fallen. “Our friend, and a veteran himself, Justin Young of Mod Motor Mustangs, helped pick this charity,” Justin Starkey, president of VMP Performance, explains. “Honoring Our Fallen helps the families of our fallen heroes. It offers a variety of programs that support children and their families after they have lost a loved one.” VMP is proud to announce that more than $1,200 was raised for Honoring Our Fallen.
